Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 30 minutes; PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. If a deposit does not appear in your 80jil balance within the expected processing window, contact 80jil support with your transaction reference number and the deposit will be investigated within 24 hours.
4.3 Source of Funds
By depositing to 80jil, you confirm that all funds used are legitimately yours and not the proceeds of unlawful activity. 80jil complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. 80jil may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or where transaction patterns raise AML concerns. Failure to provide documentation when requested may result in account suspension.
4.4 No Third-Party Deposits
All deposits to your 80jil account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or anyone other than the registered account holder — are prohibited. Deposits identified as coming from third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending review.
5. Withdrawals

11. Account Suspension and Termination
11.1 80jil's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
80jil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time without advance notice where 80jil has reasonable grounds to believe any of the following: the account is involved in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; the player has breached these Terms; the player is under 21 years of age; the account poses a regulatory or compliance risk to 80jil; or the player has requested self-exclusion.
11.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure
You may request the closure of your 80jil account at any time by contacting support@80jil.com. Outstanding balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after any active bonus wagering requirements are resolved. Account closure does not cancel any outstanding bet that was placed before the closure request was received.
11.3 Inactive Accounts
An 80jil account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. 80jil will notify the account holder via the registered email before applying inactivity handling procedures. Remaining balance in an inactive account will be preserved and returned to the player upon reactivation request through support@80jil.com.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 80jil's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the 80jil platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 80jil is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses including loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any losses arising from the player's reliance on information displayed on the 80jil platform.
80jil does not represent or warrant that the 80jil platform will be free from technical errors, uninterrupted, or always available. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. 80jil's sole obligation in the event of extended downtime is to restore service as promptly as practicable.

13. Privacy

14. Changes to These Terms
80jil reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the 80jil platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must stop using 80jil and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
